Programme for virtual Games and Scuttlebrook

Here is the schedule of events on Facebook to mark the weekend we would all normally be partying on. Further details can be found on the links to the Facebook event pages.

Friday 29th May at 7pm: The Big Quiz

Online quiz on Facebook, for fun, hosted by your town crier, Rooster, from the Volunteer. There will be a local round – just for fun. Details to follow.

Saturday 30th May Afternoon:

– The Scuttlebrook & Olimpick ‘Spirit of Dover’ award will be presented for the first time. (Well, it will be awarded, we’ll present it when we’re allowed!)

Saturday 30th May Evening:

9.30pm: The Static torchlit parade & Live streamed gig from Andrew James.

We’d love it if everyone would stand outside their home with a flaming torch at 9.30 on Saturday, partly to remember the games but mostly as a special thank you to everyone who has helped the community through these tough times, the healthcare workers, carers and key workers we’re all so grateful for. If you’d like to take part details can be found at the event page
